There could be several reasons for this. Common reasons include:
- Your saber is in deep sleep (RGB Baselit & SN-Pixel sabers). Hold the power button down for 4-5 seconds to awaken the saber.
- Your saber has low charge. Ensure that your saber is fully charged. A flat to full charge can take 5+ hours. Once charged, try step 1) again.
