Here at Sulphur City Sabers, we like to ensure our sabers travel safely. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. We aim to despatch orders within 72 hours of purchase.
The saber will be shipped in it’s own cardboard box, wrapped in bubble wrap onto which the label is affixed. We consider the cardboard box as packaging material.
All of our orders are shipped, tracked & insured via NZ Post.
A tracking number will be added to the order notes within 24 hours of despatch.
All of our shipments are insured to the value of the shipment.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information
Loss, Damage or Theft in Transit / at Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility that the delivery address is one that is safe and secure at which to leave deliveries. Sulphur City Sabers is not directly responsible for loss, damage or theft of the shipment whilst in transit or after it’s been delivered to the delivery address.
However, parcels are insured and Sulphur City Sabers will lodge an insurance query with the carrier in the case of such transit or delivery issue, for investigation. The claim will include the value of purchase (or component thereof in the case of partial loss or damage) + original shipping charges. This may take some time to investigate and the process & timeline is outside the control of Sulphur City Sabers. Should the carrier deem the claim legitimate, we will pass on the value of said claim to the customer.
