Returns & Refunds Policy

We go to great lengths to explain the differing saber technologies and what constitutes ‘normal use’ for each saber technology (install option). We clearly set expectations regarding the scope of application of the products we retail, through detailed explanations and media. This is to ensure that Sulphur city Sabers customers makes an informed buying decision and choose the right saber & saber technology (install option) for their intended use. Failure on the customer’s part to review this information resulting in an unsatisfactory purchase, does not warrant a no-charge refund or exchange. Please read and understand this Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds and store credits will not be offered for goods without good reason and will be at the discretion of Sulphur City Sabers, in adherence with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Warranty Returns

If a product is being returned for reasons of warranty evaluation, the return falls under the conditions laid out by our Warranty Policy.

Change of Mind

If a return is authorised, items can be returned only if they are in original internal and external packaging and delivered to Sulphur City Sabers in the same new condition as sold with literature, instructions and and accessories intact. Unless defective (and addressed under our Warranty Policy), a discretionary minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged on opened box products that we stock.

Once the return has been finalised any refunds will be issued by the original payment method or a store credit offered within 14 business days of its approval. Please note a 4.0% fee applies to credit card, Afterpay, Laybuy or PayPal refunds.

We are an online store. Returns to be made via a suitable mail carrier, using an agreed service to an address provided by Sulphur City Sabers. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Sulphur City Sabers.
